Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth for Advance Flow Solutions

Build and maintain relationships with end users, specifically fire departments, to secure sales

Conduct sales activities while meeting administrative responsibilities to exceed sales targets

Manage account and pipeline opportunities using Salesforce CRM

Collaborate across departments to align strategies and achieve common goals

Qualifications

4-year degree in business, marketing, engineering, or fire services preferred

Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring high-performing teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience in cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
