What to Expect

Oversee the entire sales funnel, managing Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive (AE) teams

Accountable for revenue forecasting and performance reporting, making data-driven decisions to hit targets

Partner with cross-functional teams to align Go-To-Market strategies and execute rapid sales plans

Lead coaching and development of sales managers to foster a high-performance culture

Identify business challenges and opportunities, executing solutions from inception to implementation

What is Required

7+ years of senior-level management and sales experience, preferably in tech companies or start-ups

Proven track record of managing sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities

Experience in leading sales managers and building high-performing teams

Expertise in organizational change management and navigating periods of flux

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in high-volume sales, BDR and AE programs, full-cycle sales, and account management

Passion for coaching and growing both people managers and individual sales representatives

Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving
