Lead a team of sales managers to achieve organizational sales goals Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build a high-performance team Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Maintain client records and interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air Ability to support your team in the field Knowledge of the payments industry Preferred Qualifications
