Lead and develop a team of sales managers to drive sales success and achieve organizational goals Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build a high-performance sales team Maintain client records and interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gong Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver\'s license required for regular travel by car and air Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
