Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build an elite sales team Maintain client records and interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gong Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of the payments industry and ability to engage in cold-calling and face-to-face interactions Preferred Qualifications
