Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of sales managers to achieve organizational goals

Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build a high-performance sales team

Maintain client records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets

Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Sales and Leadership experience

Must be at least 18 years of age

Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Proficiency in recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams

Knowledge of the payments industry

High sense of urgency and innate sales talent

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
