Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of sales managers to achieve sales success

Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build a high-performance culture

Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gong

Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals

Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air

Ability to support your team in the field

Strong knowledge of the payments industry

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Proficiency in recruiting, training, and coaching

Excellent communication, prospecting, and networking skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong emotional intelligence and performance leadership capabilities
