Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of sales managers to achieve organizational sales goals
Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent for high performance
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Gong
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Collaborate with the VP to align sales strategies and drive team success
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly by car and air
Ability to support team efforts in the field
Knowledge of the payments industry
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills
Experience in training and coaching sales teams
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
