The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of a North American dealer sales organization within the agricultural equipment industry. This leadership role drives revenue growth, market share expansion, and dealer success while serving as a key member of the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop regional sales and sales support teams across North America

Drive annual sales planning, forecasting, pricing, and market growth strategies

Strengthen and expand independent dealer relationships and performance

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, and engineering

Oversee product launches, dealer development programs, and customer engagement initiatives

Monitor market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform strategy

Qualifications

8+ years of senior sales leadership experience within dealer-based, agricultural, or capital equipment markets

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and execute growth strategies

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities

Travel

Approximately 25–30% travel across North America, with occasional international travel
