8+ years of senior sales leadership experience within dealer-based, agricultural, or capital equipment markets
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and execute growth strategies
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
Travel
Approximately 25–30% travel across North America, with occasional international travel
