Role Overview
As a Founding Account Executive, you’ll own revenue from first conversation to signed contract. You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire, working directly with the CEO to shape how JustAI sells to enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who can run the full sales motion while helping define the playbook for scale. What You’ll Do
Run end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery and demos through negotiation and close Partner closely with VP- and C-level buyers, including CMOs and growth leaders at enterprise companies Build strong, long-term customer relationships grounded in trust and business impact Own pipeline creation through outbound, inbound follow-up, and strategic prospecting Lead contract discussions, pricing conversations, and deal structuring Provide tight feedback loops to product and marketing based on customer learnings Help define our early sales process, messaging, and ideal customer profile Qualifications
2 years of experience as an Account Executive Proven ability to own deals end to end, from first call to close Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers Comfortable running the show – you can context switch, prioritize, and operate autonomously Strong communication skills with the ability to sell to both technical and non-technical stakeholders You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments Why Join JustAI
