Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) – Grapevine, TX Hallmark Cards is looking for a part‑time Field Merchandiser located in Grapevine, TX. The role involves independently showcasing organization and time‑management skills, building retailer relationships, and maintaining product displays across various retail stores. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and inventory levels and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

Job Overview You will work independently to display Hallmark products in grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The role includes three major components: day‑to‑day engagement, holiday support, and department resets.

Salary & Schedule Details

Starting hourly pay: $12.00 – $14.00 depending on skills and experience.

Eligible for annual pay increases.

Part‑time position with a variable schedule.

Average weekly hours: 10–12.

Availability required during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement: Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory within the Hallmark department and outside the department, communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete surveys.

Holiday support: Prepare for and work additional days and extended hours around seasonal holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Department resets: Assist with installations and resetting card sections, often with two weeks’ notice and sometimes on evenings or weekends.

Team collaboration: Support other field merchandisers and share best practices.

Physical Requirements This job requires frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 30 pounds, with occasional loads of up to 50 pounds. You must also kneel, squat, walk, stand, and sometimes climb stairs or steps.

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years old.

Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Proficient in using a digital handheld device.

Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.

Reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
