The Umbrella Bar in Franklin, WI is seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Bartender to provide exceptional service in a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, efficient in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about creating great guest experiences through quality beverages and service. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies Check guest identification to ensure compliance with Wisconsin alcohol laws Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking Communicate effectively with fellow staff and management to ensure smooth operations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Valid bartender license (or ability to obtain one) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule & Availability
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Seasonal outdoor bar shifts may be weather-dependent
