The Community Concierge plays a vital on-site role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the leasing office of the property. Responsibilities include conducting prospect tours and follow-ups, leading internal and outreach marketing, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties. The Community Concierge may assist with clerical tasks and must demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role. What You Will Do

Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week as determined by the Community Manager Fulfill full shifts (minimum 3 hours on-site) and be flexible for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours Complete all prospect tours of the community Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community Curate content for social media and marketing materials; post as directed Create marketing materials using Canva Participate in evening and/or overnight on-call and rounds Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events as needed Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager Ensure compliance with Core Spaces policies and procedures Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards Ideal Qualifications

High School Diploma or comparable degree Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings Integrity and respect for others and company principles You'll Crush It If You Have Experience With

Effective written and spoken communication Active listening, questioning for understanding, and tactful feedback Time management and prioritization Collaborative approach to sharing information and supporting team decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Physical Demands

Maintain balance while walking, standing, or crouching on various surfaces Repetitive movements of wrists, hands, and fingers Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds; may involve bending and reaching vision requirements including close, distance, and color vision Ability to drive to client locations and sit for extended periods Work Environment

Indoor office setting with adequate ventilation Occasional property walks or outdoor events requiring walking/standing Moderate noise typical of a business office Work Hours/Schedule
