Agent Support Representative , supporting clients and licensed agents in the area of Medicare and insurance solutions. This is a full‑time, client‑focused role ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, staying organized, and building lasting client relationships.

As a key member of our support team, you’ll work with warm, inbound client contacts, assisting with questions, documentation, and ongoing service needs. This role does not involve direct sales or commission‑based quotas, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people and ensuring a smooth client experience.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a support resource for clients with general questions about Medicare coverage, benefits, and next steps

Assist licensed agents with client follow‑ups, documentation, and service‑related requests

Support enrollments during AEP, OEP, and applicable Special Enrollment Periods (non‑sales support)

Maintain accurate client records and ensure required information is properly documented

Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on processes and compliance

Customer service or administrative support experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required
