Culver’s Restaurants

Provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant, ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Essential Functions

Demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices consistently.

Inspect the restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance jobs promptly and accurately.

Maintain the appearance of the building exterior, grounds, landscaping, and snow removal.

Follow company safety standards and look out for the safety of team members and guests.

Coordinate job duties around opening team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening.

Place food orders accurately, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage using FIFO while monitoring shelf life and code dates.

Take temperatures of required foods upon delivery accurately, providing documentation on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.

Maintain basic knowledge of the operation of all restaurant equipment.

Perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.

Ensure tasks are completed by 10:30 to be ready to work in the kitchen during the lunch shift.

Report possible areas of incomplete closing to the opening manager.

Complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.

Qualifications

Flexible schedule.

Reading and writing skills required.

Demonstrates trained food safety knowledge.

Can climb up and down a ladder to a height of 25 feet.

Can sweep, mop, and scrub using hazardous materials.

Works independently without supervision.

Can reach, bend, and clean surfaces regularly.

Works frequently in hot, cold, and damp environments.

Works both indoors and outdoors approximately 50% of the time.

Works safely to avoid hazards, including cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns.
