Join our team to assist in the smooth operation of the service department. The role focuses on vehicle movement, cleaning, organization, and supporting service staff to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Base Pay Range $16.00/hr – $22.00/hr
What You’ll Do
Vehicle movement & parking: safely relocate customer and dealership vehicles to designated areas.
Customer vehicle delivery: greet customers, return vehicles in original condition with keys and paperwork organized.
Vehicle cleaning: wash, vacuum, and ensure vehicles are returned pristine.
Basic maintenance: check tire pressure and fluid levels as directed.
Lot organization: maintain clean, organized service lot and bay areas.
Assist service team: move parts, deliver supplies, and support technicians.
Maintain cleanliness: perform general janitorial duties.
Vehicle check‑in/check‑out: log vehicles and record customer information accurately.
Safety & security: follow safety protocols and secure premises.
Other duties: run errands, pick up parts, deliver vehicles to local destinations.
What You’ll Bring
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of automotive terms and services.
Works well with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
Working Conditions
Outdoor environment, exposed to weather.
Standing, walking, and driving for extended periods.
Occasional lifting and carrying of parts and tools.
