8:30 PM\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nAssist customers and business partners via telephone and email\nHandle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner\nDiagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues\nMonitor progress of delivery routes\nScan haul-away pods and verify stamps\nProcess changes or cancellations to delivery orders\nWhat you'll need to excel:\nAt a minimum, you'll need:\nExperience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nIt'd be great if you also have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment\nStrong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues\nSolid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills\nAbility to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations\nPay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
