Position Summary The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for leading real estate transactions, scouting and evaluating new properties, overseeing property management activities, and handling day‑to‑day office operations. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and licensed real estate professional who enjoys both client‑facing real estate work and organizational management within a start‑up environment.
Key Responsibilities Real Estate Sales & Brokerage
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
Conduct market research, prepare valuations, and advise clients on pricing and negotiation.
Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and other transaction documents in compliance with Wisconsin real estate law.
Property Scouting & Acquisition
Identify, research, and evaluate prospective properties for investment and client opportunities.
Conduct site visits, prepare property reports, and make recommendations on acquisitions.
Build relationships with property owners, developers, and other brokers.
Property Management
Oversee day‑to‑day management of rental properties, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.
Ensure compliance with state and local landlord‑tenant laws.
Track income and expenses, and support financial reporting for managed properties.
Office & Business Management
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and administrative support.
Implement processes and systems for record‑keeping, compliance, and workflow efficiency.
Support business development initiatives, marketing efforts, and client communications.
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License (required).
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property management.
Strong knowledge of Wisconsin real estate laws, regulations, and transaction practices.
Experience with rental property management preferred.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with real estate and office software tools (MLS, property management systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities in a start‑up environment.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission and performance incentives. Exact structure to be discussed based on experience.
