They are home to the most experienced Heart Institute on the Treasure Coast and offers diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic care, including open-heart surgery. Other hospital services include a 24/7 emergency department, pediatric emergency department, labor/delivery and birthing, pediatrics, orthopedics, oncology, nuclear medicine, diagnostic services, and a full range of inpatient and outpatient general surgical services.
Job Description The Director of Women’s Services assumes the role as a leader in planning, directing and managing the L&D, NICU, PICU, Peds and staff to assure quality service on a 24 hour basis. Is responsible for staff performance and accomplishment of department responsibilities in accord with corporate, hospital, departmental and safety policies and procedures, to meet both company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Must have at least 2 + years of Manager/Dir level experience in Women's Services
Reports to ACNO
Must be a RN with BSN
Must have NICU Experience
Licenses, Certifications, & Training
Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Florida or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).
