Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist team with policy change documentation and updates.
Assist in insurance claims and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
