divh2Senior Underwriter (eRISK)/h2pThe Sr. Underwriter (eRISK) is responsible for the review of insurance applications; and, quoting and binding of insurance for cyber-risk and Technology Errors Omissions insurance products following the underwriting guidelines, rates and rules promulgated by the eRisk team within the authority delegated to the underwriter. This includes working with brokers in the underwriters assigned territory to solicit business and market the companys products./ppResponsibilities:/pulliWork with assigned brokers to market eRisk insurance products./liliAchieve underwriting production, profitability and other financial targets for assigned brokers./liliAssist the team leadership in the development and enhancement of new and existing products./liliCommunicate to management concerns of key brokers, market opportunities/liliEnsure policy transactions are rated, booked, invoiced and issued accurately and meet the corporate time service standards. Transactions include quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations./liliCommunicate, as needed, with Accounting, Marketing and other to answer policy questions and resolve issues./liliGenerate insurance quote letters and binder letters for Cyber, Tech EO and related products per underwriter instructions./liliPrepare and issue policies for the eRisk department./liliIn-force account management and servicing./liliProactively acquire knowledge and skills./liliWork with system support to test releases when the verification of successful programming involves a review of the production environment./liliAssist in quality verification of all policy transactions, processes and procedures./liliElectronically print documents into the imaging system, page mark and label the documents appropriately adhering to the corporate protocols./liliCommunicate, as needed, with producers to obtain information needed to complete transactions, etc. Contribute to service excellence by answering producer questions in regards to policy status and insurance inquiries./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliExperience with cyber insurance and technology errors omissions insurance products./liliBachelors degree and 6+ years of relevant experience./liliStrong analytical skills; exceptional attention to detail./liliSelf directed, strong organizational skills./liliSolid computer skills including Word, Excel: E-mail Internet Based Technology./liliSolid verbal and written communication, as well as, math skills./liliAbility to work in a fast paced environment./liliWill abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to comply with CFs risk management controls./li/ulpLocation: TBD (Dallas, Houston or Jersey City NJ preferred)/ppAt CF you will BELONG/ppWe value inclusivity and diversity. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $91,400 to a maximum of $134,000. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employees contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
