Field Marketing Operations Manager
to help drive Vangarden's marketing programs from onboarding to long-term account growth.
You'll be the connective tissue between marketing, sales, field teams, cultivation, and our retail partners. Translation: you make sure the right things happen, at the right time, in the right places-and you track what actually works.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and optimize marketing programs across the full customer lifecycle
Run smooth, on-time product launches (planning, timelines, rollout-not content creation)
Keep SOPs tight and marketing operations organized
Partner with sales and field teams to boost account velocity and performance
Manage seasonal programs, promos, and incentive campaigns (budtenders & consumers included)
Track KPIs, ROI, and performance-then use the data to make things better
Oversee field marketing efforts, events, and creative display execution
Optimize our digital presence (Weedmaps, Leafly, loyalty platforms, menus, SKUs, reviews, all of it)
What We're Looking For
A
real passion for cannabis
2-3 years of cannabis industry experience
3-5+ years in marketing ops, field marketing, or lifecycle-focused roles
Experience managing people and leading teams
Comfort with budgets, data, KPIs, and CRM tools (HubSpot experience = big plus)
Strong understanding of dispensary dynamics and retail marketing
Organized, analytical, and execution-obsessed (in a healthy way)
Someone outgoing who builds great relationships and gets things done
