Palisades Hospitality is seeking an Events & Sales Manager for our 2 Piatti locations and Camp Outpost Co. in San Antonio!
This position requires prior event/banquet experience and the ability to travel between all three San Antonio properties but will be based out of Piatti Eilan. Candidates must have open availability and should expect to spend 40 hours a week onsite, with at least one day per week at each property and the ability to be present for booked events. Some remote work may be possible once fully onboarded and a scheduled routine is in place. We’re looking for someone with the ability to connect to the community and build the business as if it were their own! Salary plus 5% commission from booked parties.
Current yearly event sales targets for the 2026 fiscal year are as follows. Goals are subject to change throughout the year during quarterly forecasting:
Camp Outpost San Antonio: $250,000 Piatti Quarry: $250,000 Piatti Eilan: $500,000

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS MANAGER Responsible for driving event sales revenue through proactive business development, guest relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. This role combines high-level sales accountability with operational event execution, ensuring both revenue generation and exceptional guest satisfaction. The Events and Sales Manager leads all aspects of the sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing—while coordinating seamless execution of all banquet functions. This position requires mastery of event management systems, data-driven sales strategies, and collaborative marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and generate sustained business growth. Enforce company standards, policies and procedures with restaurant/bar staff. Motivate banquet staff and maintain a cohesive team. Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information.
