This role plays a critical part in driving growth, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring our brand is well-positioned across these unique and influential channels.***Responsibilities:*** Develop and lead the sales strategy for regional and specialty retail channels, aligning with overall business objectives.* Partner with cross-functional teams to build and execute tailored go-to-market plans, promotional programs, and merchandising initiatives.* Collaborate closely with other sales teams to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and responsiveness to channel-specific needs.* Build strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders to drive performance and long-term growth.* Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize investments.* Represent the voice of the channel internally, advocating for the needs and opportunities of these retailers in planning and execution.**Qualifications:*** 8+ years of experience in sales, channel strategy, or account management, preferably within CPG or pet-related industries.* Proven success leading sales initiatives across multi-format retail environments.* Strong understanding of the operational and commercial dynamics of regional and specialty retail channels.* Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.* Strategic mindset with a strong bias for execution and results.* Demonstrated success in managing P&Ls, building channel strategies, and delivering revenue and profit growth.* Category, market, and channel experience with a track record of applying insights to win in a competitive landscape.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external retail partners.* Ability to travel up to 40% overnight as required.**Accountabilities:*** **Channel Strategy Development:**
