Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Order Fulfillment: Perform small packaging, labeling, kitting, and assembly activities across multiple divisions; pick, verify, and package own orders for assigned divisions with a high level of accuracy; prepare completed orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging standards are met; verify product counts, part numbers, and order documentation prior to shipment.

Quality, Safety & Process Adherence: Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and standard work instructions; maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area (5S mindset); inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met; accurately complete required documentation and system transactions.

Team & Operational Support: Flex between divisions and tasks based on operational needs; collaborate with Fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving, and Production teams to meet customer demand; assist with inventory handling and material movement as needed; support cross‑training initiatives to increase team coverage and flexibility.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve packaging efficiency, organization, and accuracy; participate in training and skill development across small packaging functions; take ownership of learning division‑specific packaging requirements.

Culture & Collaboration: Share knowledge generously and support development of others; promote a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and shared responsibility for quality; collaborate closely with fellow leads and team members to ensure alignment, smooth handoffs, and operational consistency; participate in team building, training, and company‑wide initiatives to strengthen engagement and performance; model AGS values in day‑to‑day interactions and decision‑making; foster a workplace where people feel valued, respected, supported, and empowered to succeed; hold self and others accountable to build trust, clarity, and strong working relationships; perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s operational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior packaging, warehouse, or fulfillment experience required.

Ability to read work instructions, pick lists, and labels accurately.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Forklift experience or willingness to become certified (required).

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move for extended periods through the shift.

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Repetitive hand movements and fine motor skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Salary & Bonus

Base Salary Range: $18.50 - $22/hr (range is based on experience, skills, and role alignment within the organization).

Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 4-10% of base annual salary, based on individual, team, and company performance.

Schedule Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm.

At AGS Company Automotive Solutions, compensation is aligned to market benchmarks, role scope, and individual performance. We aim to place employees appropriately within the market range at the time of hire or promotion and conduct structured annual reviews tied to performance assessments.
