Provide financial leadership to create and protect value in Americas Region in particular for the US/CA Franchise Operations Key Accountabilities Key Metric

Shape and enable the delivery of Americas Franchise strategy through strong financial leadership, partnering with Franchise

Performance Support Organization to ensure funds and resources are deployed effectively to drive required results

Enable and help to shape the delivery of Americas Finance strategy through function leadership

Lead delivery of effective and appropriate support to Americas Franchise to drive improvement in business performance through direct and indirect reports

Deliver analysis of metrics to shape key business decisions, investments, and strategic projects

Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing team of Finance Business Partners

What we need from you

8-10 years of progressive work-related Hotel operations Finance experience, with preference for operations & franchising experience. MBA preferred

Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving strategic change, and challenging & communicating with senior leadership in a complex matrix organization

Strategic, analytical, and influencing skills to sustain high impact relationships with key stakeholders for delivery of results

Ability to effectively balance delivery of short term results with stewardship of the business sustaining longer term competitive advantage

Travel - none Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary for this role is $139,000 to $160,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
