Your day to day
Deliverreportingand insightsat amulti-brand,categorylevel(Essentials, Suites, Premium and Luxury brands)forCommercialPerformance andGuest Satisfaction
Conduct deep analysis ofperformanceontrend driversacrosschannels, businesssegmentsand geographiesetc.
Determinestrategicobjective,recommend potential strategic initiatives to achieve theobjectiveand calculateobjective’sROI
Contribute to the annual planning,budgetingand cross-functionalprioritizationprocess
Support ongoingenterprisestrategyinitiativesworking across a matrixed organization
Identifyopportunities for cost optimizationthruP&Lsynthesis
Investigateindustry and market insightstosupport the Innovation Hub
Translate insightsandideasinto concepts fortesting.
What we need from you
Bachelor's(or master’s degree)inData Science,Statistics,Marketing,Finance, Hospitality,Businessor an equivalent combination of education andwork-related experience.
3to6years progressive work-related experience in strategy, analytics,and/orbrand management
Strong analytic skills, advanced Excelcapabilitiesand knowledge of the hotel performance ecosystem and drivers
Strong business acumen with core competency in translatingreportinginto compelling businessinsightsand initiatives
Exceptional ability and willingness to learn quickly.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and tenacity when tackling a new problem.
Comfort with ambiguity
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
Ability to build strong working relationships.
Ability to work in afast paced,high growthenvironment.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week inoffice. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $$105,000. Thisrole is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
