This role builds an operating system across PDP content, A+ (retail vendor modules), Q&A, reviews, and bilingual readiness, with strong governance for regulated/safety-adjacent categories.**Your role:****Rufus Strategy & Insights*** Build a quarterly **Rufus roadmap** for Philips brands, grounded in shopper questions and category missions.
This includes creating and maintaining the **Rufus Prompt Bank** and a taxonomy of shopper intents* Own the end-to-end Rufus operating system with internal stakeholder alignment, including prioritization & decisions across Business Units, brands, and ASIN tiers.**Digital Shelf Execution*** Lead PDP modernization: title/bullets/specs/attributes, imagery strategy, and content quality controls.* Own retail-vendor **A+ content strategy** including comparison charts and decision tools.**Measurement, Testing & Reporting*** Serve as the single-threaded owner (STO) for Rufus performance across PDP, A+, Q&A, and reviews* This includes developing a test and learn framework that accelerates content health and improves conversion* Partner to develop the end to end GEO model that scales internally across all customers**You're the right fit if:*** You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience Amazon eCommerce (5+ years experience and Vendor Central / 1P strongly preferred) and proven content/conversion impact.* Your skills include:
+ Strong understanding of how catalog data, A+ content, reviews, and Q&A influence conversion.
+ Analytical skills (Excel/Power BI), experimentation mindset, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
+ Experience operating bilingual (English/French) content workflows (preferred).
+ Familiarity with GenAI concepts (RAG, evaluation/QA frameworks) and how to test conversational experiences (preferred).
+ Experience with regulated or safety-sensitive categories (preferred).* You have an ability to understand emerging consumer and technological trends, influence teams and operationalize your strategies.**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.**Canada:** In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
