Own business performance , leading annual plans and multi-year strategic direction for the segment. Responsible for

P&L delivery , including top-line growth, margin expansion and mix management. Translate insights into strategy , synthesizing consumer, market, and customer signals to guide commercial innovation. Proactively influence Global Business Units for alignment & resourcing. Set and steer the local go-to-market strategy -driving channel, pricing, promotion, and activation frameworks. Maintain deep command of

category dynamics, consumer insights and competitive threats , shaping initiatives that change consumer behavior, increase sell-out, and secure incremental retail distribution. Ensure

NPI launch excellence . Shape the mid & long-term portfolio strategy , spearheading pricing architecture, SKU/mix optimization, product lifecycle management, and commercial viability decisions. Lead high-impact joint business plans

with top retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target), influencing senior-level stakeholders to unlock disproportionate growth and category leadership. Define Marketing Jobs-To-Be-Done and strategic briefs , ensuring demand-generation programs drive growth, brand penetration, and segment profitability. Lead and influence cross-functional teams , orchestrating Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Category Management to deliver initiatives that meet consumer expectations, operational feasibility, and financial targets. Act as a senior voice in decision forums representing the business. Qualifications & Skills

Experience : 5+ years (7+ preferred) with Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or related field; or no prior experience required with Master’s Degree (2+ years with Master’s preferred). Analytical capabilities : technical marketing and business analytics, including development of business cases and experience with syndicated market share data analysis. Cross-functional collaboration : ability to work cross-functionally to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of projects with urgency, adaptability, and drive. Physical, cognitive and environmental requirements : ability to perform minimum requirements with or without accommodation. Self-starter : resourceful and able to work autonomously. Working Style

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are typically outside the main facilities at customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role. Compensation & Benefits

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $135,000 to $216,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted range depending on knowledge, experience, business needs, location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as annual incentive bonus, sales commissions or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible for Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range; compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Additional Information

US work authorization is required. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
