
Senior Consumer Marketing Manager – Shave (Stamford, CT)
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive household penetration, brand preference and market share for Philips Norelco Shavers, part of the Grooming & Beauty category within NA. This includes developing the local go‑to‑market strategies to deliver measurable business impact and profitable growth. Responsibilities
Own business performance, leading annual plans and multi‑year strategic direction for the segment. Responsible for P&L delivery, including top‑line growth, margin expansion and mix management. Translate insights into strategy, synthesizing consumer, market, and customer signals to guide commercial innovation. Proactively influence Global Business Units for alignment & resourcing. Set and steer the local go‑to‑market strategy—driving channel, pricing, promotion, and activation frameworks. Maintain deep command of category dynamics, consumer insights and competitive threats, shaping initiatives that change consumer behavior, increase sell‑out, and secure incremental retail distribution. Ensure NPI launch excellence. Shape the mid & long‑term portfolio strategy, spearheading pricing architecture, SKU/mix optimization, product lifecycle management, and commercial viability decisions. Lead high‑impact joint business plans with top retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target), influencing senior‑level stakeholders to unlock disproportionate growth and category leadership. Define Marketing Jobs‑To‑Be‑Done and strategic briefs, ensuring demand‑generation programs drive growth, brand penetration, and segment profitability. Lead and influence cross‑functional teams, orchestrating Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Category Management to deliver initiatives that meet consumer expectations, operational feasibility, and financial targets. Act as a senior voice in decision forums representing the business. Qualifications
5+ years of experience (7+ years preferred) with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent. Master’s degree considered if 2+ years of experience. Technical marketing and business analytics skills, including development of business cases and experience with syndicated market share data analysis. Ability to work cross‑functionally to ensure full on‑time and in‑full delivery of projects with a sense of urgency, adaptability, and drive. Ability to perform the required physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation. Self‑starter, resourceful, and able to work autonomously. How We Work Together

The pay range for this position is $135,000 to $216,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Total Rewards benefits program, which includes generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
