This role will lead a growing engineering team while shaping the technical strategy and architecture of the platform. You’ll also partner closely with product and business leadership to translate company goals into a clear, executable technical roadmap. The role is 40/60 IC/management to start with a shift to management with growth of team. lead the engineering team, own technical strategy, and work closely with product and business leadership at a pivotal growth stage. About the role: Manage and grow a team of engineers (currently 4 ICs, expanding) Drive technical strategy, architecture, and product execution Be hands‑on with full‑stack design and implementation Partner with CEO on product direction and business priorities What we’re looking for: Proven leadership in high‑growth startups or tech‑forward orgs Backend/system design strength with fullstack fluency (Golang, Python or OOP) Track record of scaling teams and shipping complex products Passion for mentoring and building resilient, secure systems
