
BRIDGE is looking for a Digital Media Manager to drive the execution, optimization, and quality control of Paid Social and Google Ads campaigns. While the core focus lies in search and social platforms, the ideal candidate is well‑versed in programmatic tactics and data‑driven strategy. You will be responsible for operational excellence, overseeing everything from precise campaign setup and daily monitoring to high‑level reporting that ensures client KPIs are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily workflows and support operations across campaign builds, targeting, budgets, bids, and tracking, with direct in‑platform execution and optimization.
Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure accurate delivery, pacing, and performance against client KPIs; end‑to‑end ownership of issues
Recommend and implement optimizations to improve campaign performance including setup and audience refinements, creative testing, budget adjustments, and bid strategy updates.
Oversee and own pixel implementation, event setup, and conversion tracking using platform tools and Google Tag Manager.
Support reporting by ensuring data accuracy across platforms and internal reporting tools as well as provide reporting as needed for clients
Evaluate new platforms/features/opportunities and develop strategic POVs
Serve as technical consultant and assist clients with troubleshooting pixels and page access issues.
Follow established QA checklists, build standards, and operational workflows; contribute to documentation and process improvements.
Facilitate proactive and timely communication with cross‑functional teams to support campaign execution and performance goals.
Mentor and train junior team members, encouraging a learning environment that value high performance
Desired Skills, Education, and Experience:
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Paid Social, Paid Search, and/or digital media operations
Fluency in executing campaigns in Meta and Google Ads across all campaign types and objectives
Strong working knowledge of each platform’s capabilities, features, and best practices
Working knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
Hands on experience in The Trade Desk, Beeswax, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
Basic knowledge of JavaScript for tag troubleshooting
This is a remote/work‑from‑home role and the salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
