
Digital Marketing Coordinator (Web & Technical Focus)

Responsibilities
Build, launch, and maintain WordPress websites, including page layouts, theme customization, plugin configuration, and content structure Manage domains, DNS records, hosting environments, and website migrations or new site launches Troubleshoot website performance, functionality, security, and integration issues Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience Support technical SEO initiatives, including site structure, indexing, schema markup, and performance improvements Assist with day-to-day management of company websites, including content updates, quality assurance, and ongoing audits Update and organize photos, descriptions, and property details for condos, suites, and vacation homes across websites and marketing platforms Manage and maintain third-party listings such as Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, Vrbo, Yelp, and similar channels Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or technical web coordination Strong WordPress experience, including site builds, page development, plugin management, and troubleshooting Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript and PHP familiarity a plus Experience with domain management, DNS configuration, and hosting platforms Basic understanding of SEO best practices and technical website optimization Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Graphic design experience a plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools) Preferred
