Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator (Web & Technical Focus) supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives while taking a hands‑on role in the technical management and development of company websites and digital platforms across multiple hospitality brands. This role works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to build, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot websites, manage domains and hosting environments, ensure platform consistency, and support campaign performance tracking across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both marketing‑minded and technically capable: comfortable working within WordPress, handling website infrastructure, understanding basic coding, and ensuring digital experiences function seamlessly while supporting broader marketing goals. Responsibilities
Website Development & Technical Management Build, launch, and maintain WordPress websites, including page layouts, theme customization, plugin configuration, and content structure Manage domains, DNS records, hosting environments, and website migrations or new site launches Troubleshoot website performance, functionality, security, and integration issues Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience Support technical SEO initiatives, including site structure, indexing, schema markup, and performance improvements Digital Platform & Content Coordination Assist with day‑to‑day management of company websites, including content updates, quality assurance, and ongoing audits Update and organize photos, descriptions, and property details for condos, suites, and vacation homes across websites and marketing platforms Manage and maintain third‑party listings such as Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, Vrbo, Yelp, and similar channels Support booking engine updates, promotions, testing, and user experience optimization Analytics, Tracking & Optimization Implement and maintain tracking codes, pixels, and analytics tools across websites and platforms Monitor performance dashboards and reports; assist with identifying trends and improvement opportunities Ensure data accuracy across digital marketing systems Collaboration & Project Support Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing agencies to support campaign execution and website initiatives Ensure brand standards, messaging, and visual consistency across all digital platforms Conduct regular audits to identify outdated content, technical issues, or optimization opportunities Provide administrative and project support to the Digital Marketing Manager as needed Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or technical web coordination Strong WordPress experience, including site builds, page development, plugin management, and troubleshooting Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript and PHP familiarity a plus Experience with domain management, DNS configuration, and hosting platforms Basic understanding of SEO best practices and technical website optimization Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Graphic design experience a plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment Preferred Attributes Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Ability to balance technical tasks with marketing execution Comfortable learning new platforms, tools, and emerging technologies Interest in hospitality, travel, and digital experience optimization Desire to adapt and evolve digital strategies as AI technologies continue to shape search, marketing performance, and online guest experiences What can you look forward to?
