We are looking for a skilled Residential Construction Carpenter to join our team of respectful, detail-oriented professionals crafting high-end custom homes across Essex County and Greater Boston. If you’re confident with a saw, proud of your finish work, and eager to grow within a supportive team, you’ll feel right at home here. What You'll Do
Frame walls, roofs, and openings with accuracy and intention Cut and install plywood, trim doors and windows, and complete finish work Interpret drawings and elevations, turning plans into tangible results Uphold Covenant’s safety standards on every site Collaborate respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and clients Mentor apprentices and helpers with patience and professionalism Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized job site What You Bring
Hands-on experience in residential carpentry (framing through finish) Ability to read construction drawings and plan ahead Proficiency with tools, safety gear, and best practices Clear, respectful communication and a professional demeanor Reliability, humility, and a desire to keep improving Valid driver’s license and transportation to job sites Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at height when needed What We Offer
