
The Young Team is looking for a client-focused Listing Coordinator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to join our operations team. This pivotal role ensures a seamless home-selling experience for both clients and agents, managing the listing process from signed paperwork and scheduling photography all the way through to getting your home on the market.

$45,000 - $50,000 with options for health benefits, 401(k), and PTO
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of bringing a home to the market, including scheduling photography, preparing listing paperwork, and managing timelines and expectations
Input and maintain listing data in MLS and internal CRM systems
Manage communication between clients, agents, vendors, and co-brokers to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are aligned
Oversee point of sale requirements (including septic/well inspections as needed)
Prepare and deliver marketing materials and sign installations in collaboration with our couriers
Follow up with clients weekly to provide updates and ensure a high-touch experience
Ensure all documentation is properly e-filed and compliant with our brokerage and MLS requirements
Assist with coordinating open houses, showing instructions, and listing updates
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Comfortable working with various personalities and managing client expectations
Systems-oriented with a love for process and efficiency
Passionate about helping others and providing a seamless client experience
Positive attitude with a proactive and self-starting approach
Previous experience in real estate or coordination is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Familiarity with MLS systems, CRM platforms, and digital productivity tools is a plus
Compensation $45,000 - $50,000
