Position Summary
The Leasing Coordinator supports the Centralized Leasing Team by delivering on‑site assistance to prospective residents touring our communities. This individual will contribute to our leasing goals by demonstrating strong customer service and administrative acumen, understanding and surpassing customer expectations while engaging with prospects that will be touring the community.
Responsibilities
Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience the highest quality including greeting prospects when they arrive, serving as a point of contact for walk‑in traffic, assisting with TourGuide App, and providing directional and access support.
Conducts guided tours, as requested, using a consultative approach to evaluate customer needs and uncover opportunities to enhance the experience and identify gaps.
Inputs all activity and customer information into CRM databases in a timely, accurate manner and supports the team with lead follow‑up.
Proactively ensures that tour path, model units, vacant units and the community maintain exceptional presentation quality.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or sales.
Other
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance. This role requires the regular operation of a vehicle as defined in the Company’s MVR policy.
Compensation Base Pay Start Rate: $27.91
