Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. This role oversees campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, market research, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager ensures all marketing goals align with departmental and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, print, etc.).
Oversee creative development and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Manage vendor relationships in a data driven method, working with partners weekly to recalibrate and deliver results for the firm.
Digital Marketing & Content
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
Manage content strategy across platforms to improve engagement and conversions.
Oversee blogs, vlogs, newsletters, and client journey improvements.
Monitor online presence, reviews, and brand reputation.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, traffic, ROI, and campaign performance.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for the CEO and BOM.
Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
AI-Driven Marketing
Leverage AI tools to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence for data-driven decision-making.
Utilize AI platforms to segment audiences, predict high-value customer cohorts, and optimize targeting strategies.
Report weekly on marketing metrics, analyze areas of improvement, and implement changes when necessary.
Provide reports and directions to internal teams and external partners.
Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with firm-wide goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned.
Follow procedures, protocols, and policies of York Law Firm.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of social media trends and consumer behavior.
Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
