Overview About York Law Firm

At York Law Firm, we advocate for victims and families in wrongful death, elder neglect and abuse, and fraud cases brought against long-term care operators. Our mission is to uncover neglect and fraud, hold bad operators accountable, and deliver justice for victims and families. We recognize that there is minimal government oversight over long-term care operators, which has resulted in a high cost for victims and families, as well as taxpayer-funded programs such as Medicare and Medi-Cal, and through civil cases, our team can leave an impact on a broken industry by holding bad operators accountable.
