
Personal Lines Coordinator
Full-Time | Onsite
We are seeking a
Personal Lines Coordinator
to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating positive experiences during every client interaction.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently to appropriate contacts
Process client payments accurately and securely
Schedule and manage client appointments
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Coordinate office supply needs and report facility issues as needed
Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Assist with data cleanup and accuracy initiatives during downtime
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Prior customer service or administrative background preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a client-facing, onsite role
Schedule
Full-time, daytime schedule
Occasional rotating evening or weekend virtual coverage may be required
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$45,000 – $55,000 (based on qualifications)
