Hinckley Yacht Services is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to serve as the eyes, ears, and voice of our service business in the field. This newly created role is a critical extension of the corporate marketing team, embedded regionally to support service sales growth, strengthen customer and B2B relationships, and ensure consistent, best-in-class Hinckley brand experience across all service locations.

This is a base salary plus a healthy bonus opportunity of up to 50%.

Responsibilities Service Growth & Lead Development

Support regional service sales efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads, projects, B2B opportunities, and OEM relationships

Act as the regional expert on Hinckley’s lead management process

Identify and qualify new business opportunities based on regional market dynamics and seasonality

Conduct customer-facing outreach in support of sales efforts

Relationship Building & Outreach

Build trusted relationships with yard teams

Grow and maintain relationships within the boating community and OEM partners

Represent Hinckley Yacht Services at community and industry events

Content, Storytelling & Brand Presence

Maintain awareness of daily yard activity to identify stories and opportunities

Capture and contribute basic video and photo content

Identify successful customer stories for corporate marketing

Identify opportunities for regional exposure

Brand Stewardship & Regional Coordination

Serve as the bridge between regional locations and corporate marketing

Manage regional marketing requests and prevent off-brand efforts

Ensure signage, branding, and customer-facing spaces meet Hinckley standards in accordance with Marketing standards

Manage/inventory regional marketing props and assets

Events, Sponsorships & Activation

Support regional sponsorships and events

Coordinate event/partnership vendors, paperwork, and execution with Brand Activation Manager

Requirements

Strong brand instincts and attention to detail

Comfortable capturing basic video and photo content. Social Media management experience preferred

Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple initiatives

Customer-centric communicator

Travel & Physical Requirements

Frequent regional travel and occasional national travel - Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine.

Ability to work on-site in service yards and outdoor environments

Some physical labor required (moving and lifting items) for event set up and execution
