Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase member engagement and promote GAFP’s events, programs, and initiatives.

Manage GAFP’s social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Optimize the GAFP website to improve user experience, SEO, and content relevance.

Create and execute email marketing campaigns to keep members informed and engaged.

Write and design digital content, including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Produce graphics and visuals for digital campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure digital content aligns with GAFP’s mission and messaging.

Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email campaigns, and content creation.

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and WordPress.

Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media metrics, etc.) and the ability to interpret data for decision‑making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating clear, engaging content.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the organization’s digital marketing efforts.

Experience in the healthcare or non‑profit sector is a plus.
