
General Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Respond to scheduled and emergency residential service calls
Diagnose and repair systems including panels, breakers, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, switches, and other components
Perform home warranty repairs and ensure homeowner satisfaction through quality work and communication
Accurately document completed work and next steps in service tickets
Ensure full compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and PPE in clean working order
Communicate effectively with homeowners, service coordinators, and field supervisors
Proactively identify and recommend system improvements
Required Qualifications
Active Journeyman Electrician License in Allen County, Indiana
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Service Electrician
Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics in residential environments
Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
Willingness to work independently and travel locally within the Fort Wayne area
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 pounds
Work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
