Rate of Pay:
$179,100 – $208,000 per year Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial and operational performance of the North America Fragrance & Beauty sector. Provide financial analysis for business unit‑related investments and advise regional management on decisions related to investments, expenses, account assignments, headcount, and resource allocation. Conduct financial analysis, investigate variances, report discrepancies, and highlight issues. Ensure alignment with financial and operational goals. Prepare sales and operating expense forecasts for assigned business units and accounts. Prepare monthly reporting package containing Sales, Margin, Opex analysis, headcount, and overall business performance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic account planning. Collaborate with regional and global teams to meet performance objectives, support strategic initiatives, and partner with the Pricing Department on negotiations to evaluate financial impacts and develop strategic approaches. Drive business intelligence metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring robust performance reporting for both Consumer Products and Fine Fragrance divisions. Contribute to capital expenditure projects, support the development of regional commercial strategies, and contribute to the execution of the region’s 5‑year business plan and annual operating budgets. Drive the sales, capital expenditure, and expense budget process across the entire region. Communicate monthly reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines. May manage employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent.
5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or alternate acceptable related occupation.
Performing interpretive and predictive data analysis in the Fragrance & Beauty international marketplace to identify key risks and opportunities for enhanced profitability.
Utilizing systems such as SAP, IBIS, PCDM, Tableau, and Power BI Analytics.
Collaborating with global accounts to build financial plans, including annual sales and operational expense budgets.
Financial performance reporting, including analysis of sales, margins, OPEX, headcount, and overall performance metrics.
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives by evolving, streamlining, and automating processes.
Preparing and communicating sales forecasts with business leaders and budget owners for visibility on performance and spend.
Interpreting data and performing financial analysis for business unit‑related investments.
Performing ad‑hoc and pro‑active analysis to support a commercial organization.
