Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven

Account Manager

with proven experience in

Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sales

to manage and grow strategic client relationships. This role focuses on driving revenue, expanding existing accounts, and serving as a trusted partner to clients by aligning solutions with their scientific, clinical, or commercial needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Life Sciences and/or Pharmaceutical accounts

Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including scientists, clinicians, procurement, and executive stakeholders

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts

Execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline activity, and account notes in CRM systems

Stay current on industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive offerings

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings as needed

$60,000 - $75,000 a year

Salary range reflects base salary, this position total first year compensation is $80,000-$100,000 annual.
