We have a new Independent Contractor position as a Travel Advisor with My Travel Elf - a dynamic, supportive travel agency dedicated to helping people create magical vacations. We’re expanding the team and looking for enthusiastic Travel Advisors who love travel and want to build their own business - with industry-leading commissions, the support of a positive group of managers/agents and backed by a strong $3B host agency program.
Compensation: This is a 100% commission based position payable bi-weekly. The company does not withhold taxes and Travel Advisors work on a 1099 basis.
What You’ll Do:
Help clients plan unforgettable vacations tailored to their interests and budget
Provide expert advice and personalized service
Build and grow your own client base with our ongoing support
Collaborate with an energetic, collaborative family-style team that values your success
Participate in annual training conference, teambuilding trips and exclusive discounted agent events and travel
Individuals with a passion for travel and helping others create amazing experiences
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven people
Hospitality, event planning, sales, or travel experience preferred, but NOT required
Abliity to commit significant consistent weekly hours to develop your business
Highly detailed individual with high speed, reliable Wi-Fi and computer.
Comfortable using social media platforms to connect and market yourself
Adapts quickly and confidently to new technology platforms (email, data entry, streaming, and more)
Some of the highest commissions in the travel industry
Prompt, reliable commission payments
