Agents must be
licensed in 6 states If not currently licensed,
we provide guidance and support for completing state-mandatory pre-licensing courses Licensing and appointment timelines must be met promptly Compensation Structure
100% commission No salary, no hourly pay Unlimited earning potential Average earnings (new, non-experienced agents): High performers (trained and consistent): Earnings are based on
