QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED
Education:
High School Diploma/GED minimum
Experience:
Development and execution of outreach strategies, record-keeping and data organization
Professional Competencies:
Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail
Working Style:
Energetic can-do attitude, adaptability and flexibility, professional demeanor with top-notch customer service
Additional:
Ability to work closely with community partners
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll expand program access by:
Overseeing recruitment events and needs for Head Start and Childcare programs
Implementing outreach strategies that build on agency strengths and community partnerships
Coordinating, setting up, and attending recruitment events agency-wide
Collaborating with enrollment, family services, and management staff
Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations
Developing and executing targeted outreach to Spanish-speaking families
Managing recruitment data and record-keeping systems
Representing Reach Dane professionally in the community
