Qualifications You’ll Need
Education: High School Diploma/GED minimum
Language: Bilingual Spanish speaking required
Experience: Development and execution of outreach strategies, record-keeping and data organization
Professional Competencies: Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail
Working Style: Energetic can-do attitude, adaptability and flexibility, professional demeanor with top-notch customer service
Additional: Ability to work closely with community partners
What You’ll Do
Overseeing recruitment events and needs for Head Start and Childcare programs
Implementing outreach strategies that build on agency strengths and community partnerships
Coordinating, setting up, and attending recruitment events agency-wide
Collaborating with enrollment, family services, and management staff
Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations
Developing and executing targeted outreach to Spanish-speaking families
Managing recruitment data and record-keeping systems
Representing Reach Dane professionally in the community
