Responsibilities

Support the development of cross‑channel media strategy and planning, as well as manage the completion of regularly delivered budget and planning‑related reports to the clients

Assume accountability and ownership of regular client deliverables; reviewing for quality, ensuring the product is sound and viable

Interface with internal teams to assist in development of strategic planning initiatives including budget and channel allocation, audience development, and deck writing

Collaborate and foster relationships with key partners including internal strategy, investment, and analytics teams

Own the development of strategic proposals and client‑facing POVs, coordinating with necessary teams to account for all relevant inputs

Directly manage and mentor junior staff and aid in their professional development

Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience in media strategy/planning across media channels with extensive experience in digital media

A thoughtful decision maker and team player who has the proven ability to help develop strategic planning initiatives including audience development, budget and channel allocation, and deck writing

Experience managing others and can demonstrate the ability to effectively instruct their direct reports on the objective and desired outcome of regular deliverables

Detail‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Resourceful, curious, creative problem solver and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Experience working within media systems/platforms e.g. Clear Decisions, Nielsen Media Impact, GWI, Kantar, comScore

Compensation Range: $75,050‑102,700. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
